First Right of Refusal
Silver S/P2 Sponsors will have first right of refusal to renew their sponsorship at the end of their term (with 90 days advance notice); however, the price is not guaranteed upon renewal and will reflect current market price.

Silver sponsors may purchase approved student names for their own use at 80% of the current market price.

Although the number of schools and students varies by region, the average number of auto body vocational schools projected to participate in each region is approximately 100. Students average forty-five (45) per school for a total of 4,500 students per region participating during 2008.
